HS2 will be holding a community drop in event at St John the Evangelist Church Hall, Station Road, Lostock Gralam on Tuesday 12th October, 14:30 until 17:45.
The purpose of the event is to ensure that all residents in the area have the opportunity to review the hybrid Bill submission plans, and to ask any questions they may have. We are keen to ensure that those residents who may not be aware of HS2 and the impacts on the local community have the opportunity to see the plans, as well as dispelling any confusion locally about what is proposed.
Please note that the information will comprise the hybrid Bill proposals due to be submitted to Parliament in early 2022 (if not before), and which were previously published at the Design Refinement Consultation, in Autumn 2020.
We will be holding drop-in sessions from 14:30pm until 17:45pm, please register using the below link to book a drop-in session.
We can accept unconfirmed bookings on the day subject to HS2’s project team availability, pre booking a slot would be recommended. I would be grateful if you could use your channels of communication to make residents aware of our event on Tuesday 12th October.
Please can you let me know of any specific community groups who you would like HS2 to make aware of the event?
If you require any further information or assistance, then please do let me know.
