We contacted you at the end of June to tell you about the Local Plan consultation and to invite you to join the conversation to help us decide whether we need to change the Local Plan.
Our Local Plan is kept under regular review to determine whether a new Plan is needed or if some policies need to change to reflect changing priorities.
Many of you have already got involved and made comments and suggestions for addressing climate change, encouraging walking and cycling, improving standards of new building, preserving and enhancing local wildlife spaces, and supporting an inclusive economy, green jobs and our town centres.
People have also suggested land for protection and locations that would be good for future development.
You can see the ideas and comments that we have received so far, as well as making your own comments and suggesting sites for development or land for protection, by visiting our website:
The conversation is still open until 15 September 2021.
If you are unable to join the conversation digitally please call us on 0300 123 8123 and we can look at booking you a prearranged appointment at a council building.
Here are the other ways to take part and how to contact us should you have any questions:
- Telephone: 0300 123 8 123 quoting (Local Plan conversation)
- Write to: Planning Policy, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE
We hope you will join the conversation. Your views are important to us.
